What platforms do you maintain for Canadian businesses?
WordPress and WooCommerce sites make up most of our plans, and we also maintain Shopify stores and React or Next.js applications. If your site was built by someone else, we review it first and tell you what it needs.
Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Yes. Most maintenance clients come to us with a site built elsewhere. We start with an audit of the site, hosting and plugins, fix anything urgent and then move it onto a monthly plan.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Response times depend on the plan: four hours on Essential Care, two hours on Professional Care and thirty minutes on Enterprise Care during business hours. Critical outages are handled first on every plan.
Do you work with businesses anywhere in Canada?
Yes. We are based in Mississauga, Ontario and work with clients in every province and territory. Discovery calls, design reviews, testing and training all happen over video and screen sharing, so the project runs the same way in Halifax, Winnipeg or Victoria as it does in the GTA.
Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every quote is in Canadian dollars, fixed and itemized, so there is no exchange rate to work out and no surprise on the invoice. You can pay by card or bank transfer.
Can we meet in person?
In the Greater Toronto Area, yes: our office is in Mississauga and we meet GTA clients in person when it helps. Everywhere else in Canada the project runs over video calls and email, which is how most of our clients prefer to work anyway.
How do time zones work for clients outside Ontario?
Our office is on Eastern Time. That lines up with Ontario and Quebec, is an hour behind the Atlantic provinces, and is one to three hours ahead of the Prairies and British Columbia, which still leaves most of the working day for calls. Meetings are scheduled around your time zone.
